JTB-40 Feniks

The output of the JTB-40 tube filler is up to 40 tubes per minute. The machine automatically picks tubes from the magazine, orients them, fills, seals, trims the excess tail, and discharges them.

Our tube filling machines are designed to work with laminate, plastic, and aluminum tubes. Depending on the machine type, they can pack from 12 to 40 tubes per minute. Our tube filling and sealing machines are characterized by versatility and rapid changeover times. They can be used for packaging creams, gels, toothpastes, lubricants, or scrubs, among others. Our machines also offer the capability to dispense highly viscous products.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of tubes can your filling machines handle?

We produce two specialized versions of tube fillers that precisely handle plastic packaging (PE), multi-layer laminates (ABL, PBL), and aluminum.

Sealing and closing technology:

  • Heat-sealable tubes (plastic and laminate): We utilize advanced Hot Air technology. This ensures not only exceptional seal durability but also excellent aesthetics of the weld, which is crucial in the cosmetic industry.
  • Aluminum tubes: These are closed by precise mechanical crimping (multiple folding).

Reliable control units guarantee the consistency of both processes.

Definitely yes. Our tube fillers are adapted for packaging media with very high viscosity and density, such as stiff pastes or ointments.

System upgrades: The solution for challenging product rheology is the use of dedicated optional equipment: heated water-jacketed tanks, low-speed agitators, and reinforced piston systems. This ensures the smooth flow of dense products without the risk of cavitation or loss of dosing accuracy.

Yes. We understand that frequent format changeovers are a daily reality in contract manufacturing, which is why the switching process is simplified to the maximum.

Time savings: Tube diameter changes are carried out by replacing precision format parts. The machine's intuitive software allows the operator to load parameters for a new tube with a single click. We provide complete format sets for every type of packaging, allowing for a fluid response to market needs and a reduction in machine downtime costs.

Yes, upon request, each of our tube filling machines can be integrated with a precision die-cutting module that punches a Euro-slot (Euro-hole) in the seal.

Construction and application: The use of sharp dies and proven pneumatic drives (e.g., MetalWork) guarantees a clean, even cut without frayed edges. This option is essential for products intended for display on retail hangers in drugstores, pharmacies, or DIY stores (so-called Retail-Ready Packaging), maximizing product visibility on the shelf.
