This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by the Controller through the Service.

§ Definitions

Website – a website available at: www.jedlinskipackaging.pl;

User – a person visiting the Website;

Data Controller – Jedliński sp. z o.o.; Wodna 3, 05-090 Raszyn; NIP: 527 287 49 68, hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"

§ Data Collection

The Controller collects personal data directly from Users when:

  • they browse the Website;
  • they interact with the Controller through social media channels,
  • they contact the Controller via e-mail, phone, the contact form on the Website or through other currently available communication channels.

§ Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed by the Controller for the purpose of:

  • providing Users with content available on the Website,
  • ensuring connection security and optimising the performance of the Website.

§ Data Sharing

The Controller may disclose personal data of Website Users to external entities when it is necessary for the functioning of the Website, e.g. to providers responsible for the maintenance of IT systems and equipment, entities providing accounting services. The Controller may disclose selected information concerning Users to competent authorities or third parties that submit a request for such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law (e.g. the Police).

User data is not by default transferred outside the European Economic Area nor is it passed on to international organisations. In the event of data being transferred to recipients in third countries, the Controller will use standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, which establish basic guarantees for the security of User data.

§ Data Processing and Storage

The Controller processes personal data in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR);
  • the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000);
  • the Privacy Policy and internal data protection procedures in place at the Controller. The Controller does not take actions that are based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and produce legal effects concerning the data subjects. The Controller will retain User personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

§ Rights of Users

Każdemu Użytkownikowi w stosunku do jego danych osobowych przysługuje szereg praw:

  • the right to obtain information regarding personal data processed by the Controller, including a copy of such data;
  • the right to request rectification of personal data;
  • the right to erasure of data, in cases provided for by law;
  • the right to restrict the processing of personal data or to object to its use, in cases provided for by law;
  • the right to data portability within the scope of data portability possibilities;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

§ Cookies

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the device of the Website User. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the device and a unique number.

Cookies are used to monitor User behaviour on the website, making it possible to simplify navigation on the site. They are also used to remember User preferences, which may be used when displaying appropriately tailored editorial content. This data is commonly used for the purpose of:

  • the proper functioning, configuration, security and reliability of the website,
  • monitoring the session status,
  • adapting the displayed information to the User's preferences,
  • analyses, statistics, research and auditing of website views.

The Website does not collect any information automatically, except for information contained in cookies. The Website uses files that are necessary to maintain connection security and optimise the performance of the website. They do not contain any personal data, and therefore no cookies are used that would enable the identification of a specific person.

The entity sending cookies via the website to the User's device and accessing these files is the Controller.

By using this Website, the User consents to the placement of cookies on their device for the purposes specified in this Policy.

The Website User may at any time change the settings regarding cookies if they do not agree to their use. To do so, the browser settings should be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies, or to notify of their each placement on the User's device. § Changes to the Privacy Policy

In order to ensure that the Privacy Policy of the Website meets the current requirements arising from applicable law, the Controller reserves the right to make changes to it at any time. The above also applies in cases where the Privacy Policy requires changes in order to cover new or amended products or services of the Website. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of law shall apply accordingly.
