The output of the JTB-10 manual tube filler is up to 13 tubes per minute. The machine automatically fills, seals, trims excess material, and discharges the tubes. Furthermore, it automatically moves the tube holders in two directions, significantly improving ergonomics. The operator's role is to collect empty holders, insert tubes, and orient them according to the indicator. Thanks to its versatile design, our manual tube filler can also serve as a filling machine for other types of packaging.
The high-quality dosing mechanism guarantees repeatability and accuracy of +/- 1%, minimizing raw material waste.
The well-thought-out design allows for instant format changes to different tube diameters or heights, significantly reducing production downtime.

The JTB-10 is a semi-automatic tube filling machine with highly intuitive operation. The operator's work cycle is limited to just two tasks:
Tube feeding: Placing an empty tube into the format pocket.
Tube orientation: Manually rotating the tube to the correct position (according to the eyemark). The machine then automatically advances the tube, dispenses the product, seals it, trims the excess margin, and discharges the finished tube.
