The JTB-40 is a fully automatic machine offering an output of up to 40 pcs/min. Unlike the JTB-10 (a semi-automatic model with a capacity of up to 13 pcs/min), the JTB-40 automatically picks tubes from the magazine and orients them for sealing, which significantly reduces operator involvement.
Every error is displayed as a code and description on the touch screen, often accompanied by instructions on what to check. The machine will not allow a start if safety parameters or utilities (media) are not within the required standards.
In the JTB-40 tube filler, dosing and tube positioning are driven by servo motors, ensuring high precision and repeatability of every dose. The servo-driven tube lifter provides an optimized filling profile, and all parameters—such as dose size or filling start and end levels—are set instantly via the touch panel. This eliminates the need for manual mechanical adjustments, shortening changeover time and preventing operator errors.
