Monoblocs Space-Saving All-in-One Liquid Filling Solutions

Monoblock JMB-30

Wydajność monobloku JMB-30 jest do 30 opakowań na minutę.

Monoblocks are compact, all-in-one systems that integrate key packaging stages within a single device. Instead of an extensive line consisting of several separate machines, the monoblock performs multiple stages on one common platform. This is an ideal solution for manufacturers with limited space who simultaneously require the highest process repeatability and high efficiency.

Due to its modular construction, the machine can execute the following processes:

  • Filling (Dosing)
  • Foil placing and heat sealing
  • Caps, plugs, discs, and pumps placement
  • Capping (Screwing)
  • Coding and Marking
  • In-process inspection

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main advantages of a monoblock over a modular line?

Filling monoblocks are "All-in-One" devices that offer three key advantages over traditional lines:

  • Space savings (Footprint): The compact design saves up to 50% of production floor space (ideal for Clean Room zones).
  • Reduced labor requirements: Centralized control (HMI) ensures that a single operator is sufficient to manage the entire workstation.
  • Lower utility costs: Optimized drives and MetalWork/Festo systems consume less electricity and compressed air.

Yes, the monoblock is a highly versatile machine. By replacing the so-called format parts, we can handle:

  • Classic cosmetic jars and round bottles.

  • Oval and square packaging.

  • Irregularly shaped containers (e.g., asymmetrical bottles for household chemicals).

The quick-change system (SMED) allows for machine changeover to a new format in just a few minutes, without the use of tools.

Yes, we design monoblocks to be the "heart" of complete production lines. Most frequently, we integrate them with:

  • Infeed tables and bottle orienters.

  • Labeling machines and marking systems (coding devices).

  • Cartoning machines (End-of-Line). Full automation guarantees a smooth product flow throughout the entire facility.

Yes, we design and manufacture filling monoblocks in ATEX (Ex) standard, intended for operation in zones at risk of gas and vapor explosions.
Manufacturing standards: We equip these machines with certified, intrinsically safe components. We use Ex-rated pneumatics (e.g., special series from MetalWork, SMC, or Festo), electrical cabinets in flameproof or pressurized enclosures, and full antistatic grounding of the structure. All drives and sensors are strictly selected to meet rigorous zone standards.

Yes, the monoblocks are based on a modular architecture, which allows for later retrofitting and the addition of new workstations.

System reserves: Already at the design stage, we leave extra physical space on the frame as well as free inputs/outputs (I/O) in the controllers. This enables future integration of, for example, a foil sealing station or the installation of advanced vision systems for cap tightening quality control.
